Carol Jacobs

Carol Jacobs is a life long student of the plants. She has particularly enjoyed working in many of the State & National Forests of the Midwest for 20 years - from the Great Lakes & Upper Mississippi River regions down through the Ozarks of Arkansas & Piney Woods of NE Texas. She's also a graduate of Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies (RMCBS - Colorado), a member of the Coulee Region Herbal Institute & North Country Herbalist Guild and an Herbal Educator in the Bluff Country Region of SE Minnesota. Past classes have included such diverse topics as Cordials & Elixirs, Healing Lyme’s, Summertime Ghouls & others. Current special interests include local herbs for local people, local probiotics & foods that bring joy!
