The workshops are facilitated by Linda Conroy; an herbalist, wild crafter and whole food enthusiast. She has been cooking with wild foods as well as making cheese and fermented food in her kitchen for close to a decade. She regularly teaches classes on these topics and is committed to offering others the skills to craft food in their own kitchen. She is the founder of Moonwise Herbs a community resource promoting health through whole and wild foods, compassionate communication and simple herbal preparations. Linda dedicates her life to these practices and is grateful to her mentors Susun Weed and Isla Burgess for their encouragement and wisdom passed on the Wise Woman Way. Linda apprenticed at Ravencroft Gardens, The Wise Woman Center and studied with Isla Burgess of the International College of Herbal Medicine.
